Racial justice is Giving people of color and individuals of African descent the same chances as other races, eradicating prejudice and systematic racism, and understanding the issues that people of color face are all examples of racial justice.

- Police who are accused of sued have to pay for it themselves or out of pension
- Weapons are prohibited, as are techniques such as chokeholds, choking, and brutal body slamming.
- Police officers who use violence against people of color are prohibited from ever operating as police officers again in the state.
- Every Black adult, age 18 or older, will get a $10,000 payment all at once.
- Every black adult over the age of 18 must receive $1,000 each month.
- People of color are exempt from taxes and do not have to pay extra for goods.

- Develop a committee in each city, state to evaluate all the laws for discrimination
- These committees must be made up of men, women, young, old, rich, poor, religious, non-religious, immigrant and non-immigrant
- People of color must have a voice in committee decisions and be heard; committee members must be educated on racism and the challenges of people of color, and they must possess the necessary qualifications.
- Members on the committee are not allowed to hold personal prejudices towards a certain group since it will lead to their exclusion.
